Neighborhood Association Open House
100+ toured the school building, and many enjoyed the PowerPoint presentation and our historical display. We received over $300 in donations, and we sold a few of the pictures of Jefferson. It was an excellent opportunity to meet with the public, and we did a great amount of public relations. Two yearbooks (1934 and 1935) were donated to the Society, as well as a memory book of sports at Jeff in the late 1940s. All were in excellent condition. The “out of town” visitors and many locals were in wonder at the beauty of Jefferson.
